Hello, I'm having a bit of trouble getting OBS to encode video
I have an Intel Core i7 930, and an AMD Turks XT video card, and I can't seem to get OBS to encode video at 720i faster than 15 fps, and it won't use beyond 10% of the CPU. It doesn't seem to matter what CPU preset I use, the result is the same, and the hardware encoding option does exist but isn't supported. Downscaling from 1080i is even worse.
The PC is way more powerful than my laptop, which can encode 720p at 30 fps pretty well (with no hardware encoding option), but somehow the PC can't handle video?
What am I missing?
Attached is a log where I attempted two recordings, one with VAAPI encoding and one with x264 encoding.
