Look into getting a video capture card(usb or internal with pcie). There are a lot of threads here in the forum already about it.

From what I can tell the device supports live streaming to a RTMP URL. That means you could run FFMPEG (or nGinX or possibly VLC) and have that receive the stream and push it into OBS...
If VLC supports such (being an RTMP ingest point) then you might be able to use the VLC Source in OBS to directly integrate your GoPro. That said, there might be some delay, so you'll have to test and see.

Did you get your gopro hero 7 set up to livestream? I am trying to work through Vimeo and have no clue what I am doing
