Log includes only application startup-- no recording or streaming session, so no performance data.

What is there, though, is this:

You're using a rendering method in OBS that is deprecated-- in fact, a mode that can no longer be selected or changed in the UI because it is no longer supported. I think you need to uninstall OBS and reinstall it to force it to use DirectX rendering. (This will destroy profiles/scene collections).
