Good upload, bitrate still bad. Logs included

Hey there! I've been having an issue where my bitrate is wildly inconsistent. Sometimes it's solid while others it's terrible.

If I understand right these should be my logs from a roughly 30 second window where I had the issue

I pass when I see streamelements.. .complete PoS .. high correlation with problems... no idea if user induced or piss-poor s/w quality, or both
And your log indicates LOTS of other issues... personally I'm not goin to take my time to figure out which ones you can and should clean up yourself (and maybe aren't causing any real issues) vs the huge number of streamelements related errors logged, and other source issues
Have you tried the Auto log anayzer (see my .sig)

Also, mismatched audio sampling rates...

Also, you have LOTS of CPU demanding filters and effects... what are you doing for rel-time hardware resource monitoring to ensure you haven't overloaded your system?

This is a lot more than I expected.

I'll take a look at using base OBS and see if that yields any better results, I'll also try using auto log analyzer.

I'm not sure what to do about the mismatched audio sample rate. I don't know if that's comparing my OBS setting to my audio drivers or not but I'll do some looking on my own.

Most of my filters are things that effect the camera, i.e. freeze frames, hotkey bound movement, and so on. According to task manager I don't have any issues with the CPU being overloaded but I'm just assuming Task Manager is accurate.
