Good settings for high motion/grass games? e.g. tarkov/arena?

Hi!

So im trying to stream arena breakout infinite, but as all know this game has many grass and also there is much motion in it. Meaning with twitch low bitrate its sometimes really blurry and messy. Thats why im asking if someone knows a trick or has just better settings for those types of games?
I already tried x264 encoder but i can only run it with faster settings which is actually a bit worse than nvidia. Also hard with single pc setup

My PC:
Ryzen 5 5600
3070 Ti
32GB Ram 3600
Im playing in 2k

My "normal" settings:
NVENC H.264
CBR
7900 Bitrate
Keyinterval:2
P5
High Quality
Quarter Resolution
B-Frames: 2
Look-ahead disabled
PVT enabled

Video:
Base Res:2560x1440
Output Res: 1664x936
Lanczos
60fps

Would changing Bitrate Control make it better? Or using full res instead of quarter resolution?
Also additional question, what max bitrate can set when streaming on twitch? I'm not affiliate + i have 2x track 160 audio bitrate

As twitch is a Premier Sponsor, I'm going to advise you follow their Broadcasting Guidelines which is 6000 kbps max for video bitrate.
With that being said, I would say go for 720p 60 FPS OR 1080p 30 FPS at 6000 kbps CBR. To get the most quality out of those 6000 kbps, enable Look-ahead and quality to the max. Both of these will use additional GPU.

6k bitrate its even less so it will for sure make my stream even worse. Im using these 8k because then give me them when im streaming and right now i didn't notice any lock on my stream bc of it. Also a said its not really about "quality" its about the bluriness in high motion games with grass especially. the p5/p7 settings don't help.
