Question / Help Good Setting for recording/streaming

I've recently bought a new pc and I'm struggling to find good settings for both recording and streaming. Anyone might help me out?
PC Specs(nothing is overclocked):

• Intel Core i7-7700K 4.2GHz
• Gigabyte GA-Z270X-Gaming 7 ATX
• Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB
• Samsung 850 EVO-Series 250GB
• Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1070 8GB G1

For recording:

Use the recording quality presets under Settings > Output when in Simple output mode. In the recording section, change the Recording Quality to Indistinguishable Quality, and then select your encoder. For streaming:

Simple output, 720p, 30fps, 2500-3500 bitrate (if your connection allows) to start, adjust as necessary.

@Lewus may i ask if what encoder you will be using? is it x264 or NVENC or other else?

Recording: NVENC

Streaming: x264 gives better image than Nvenc for same bitrate.
