But when i stream overwatch i can stream it at 720p 60fps with ultra ingame settings locked fps on 153fps and don't drop a single fps when playing.

PC

Something isn't right with your GPU since CSGO can't even use the 1080 Ti fully even at highest settings.

So how can I fix this? I mean when i'm not streaming i get 1100fps in csgo.

I highly doubt you are getting even anywhere near 1100 FPS while playing a competitive match.

You are also trying to stream 1080p60 which is not really within reach when playing csgo (Cpu itensive game) + streaming even on an i7.

Well i joined public surf server with 14/30 people and got over 970fps and at best 1100fps.

I have tried streaming at 720p 60fps and 30fps and still getting fps drop, and i know people how streams at same settings and get over 200fps with even worse computer specs..

Do you have any ingame overlays like Overwolf, Afterburner, Razer Synaps... or whatever even the NZXT Cam software has a overlay feature that can affect performance

You also seem to have Multi-adapter compatibility enabled.
The best performance with game capture is with SLI disabled and the multi-adapter compatibility checkbox unchecked in the game capture.

I'd ask helpers to consider there's a larger issue here.

LOTS of these threads popping up recently (my own included). All of our GPU's didn't suddenly get worse and start requiring capped fps (which does not solve the issue btw).

Ye something is wrong. Im recording with Plays.tv and can do 20 000kbps on processor with basically no lag ingame. even on my kids old computer i can do 10 000kbps. And its no hardware capture, its x264 or something.

With OBS i can barely have 2500kbps before it start hit on my game.

The larger issue is the windows 10 creator's update, as per the stickied topic in this forum. And capping fps was always recommended long before the Win10 creator's update, so that's not something new. MS also added the Game Mode thing.

@wessla bitrate has no impact on performance so that's not related.

The stream is encoding at 1920x1080 60 fps. This is a no-no without 6+ cores or a dual-PC setup, since too many of the threads are shared with the game.

In the settings menu for OBS Studio, go to the Video tab and set the "Output (Scaled) Resolution" to 1280x720.

I'd also recommend changing your bitrates to 3500 video and 160 audio to stay within Twitch's guidelines.

Its odd because thats where OBS responds with performance hits. i'll look more in to it. Could be something on my end.
