Good FPS while recording, Output gets bad FPS.

Whenever I record a video the FPS looks good in the obs while im recording but when i look at the video the FPS is very low (1-5fps), I've looked at some other forums and they havent helped me be able to fix this issue.

Turn off Lookahead and Psychovisual Tuning.
If you're just recording locally, use CQP or CRF instead of VBR.
NEVER record directly to MP4 for any reason. Record to FLV or MKV.

I had followed the suggestions above and it did work for the first recording I did. I had done a couple of test recordings and it worked well in the first recording but after that, it did the same issue again. I also run obs as admin when I start it aswell.

Thank You for the help Ferret, I needed to apply the changes you directed. I was able to fix the issue by running the application as admin and waiting a couple of minutes after the recording or restart my computer to be able to view the output at 60 fps as it was a local file bug.
