Hello everyone
So, i have a problem that seems many had in the past, but no matter what i try i don't seem able to fix.
I am trying to have the RTSP server to stream, i am testing with various app and even on the same machine with VLC media player don't want to work.
i am on OBS 30.2.3 and i have installed the only version available to RTSP from github, i believe the 3.1.0 through the installer, now i have start the stream and in obs everything works, but as soon as i try any application, but same machine and on the same network, zero, no signal, i have tried to see if there is any specific info in the logs, both of obs and vlc, but obs seems to not have any issue, where vlc just say not connecting to the network
i have attempted to connect both using a local file, a webcam, with the rtsp://my ip:8554/live format, with the rtsp://localhost:8554/live i have tried to change port, but nothing, if i need to give you any specifics or info to debug the problem please feel free to ask.
i am on windows 10, gtx 1080 ti, 128 gb di ram
Thanks
