Goal: Reduce grain at the expense of latency/increased motion blur

I've got a decent DSLR plugged into OBS Studio over USB (actually the rpan flavor) and it works AMAZING. Thank you!

I was hoping there is a way to reduce grain/noise in the stream. I tried putting more light on the subject and reducing the FPS down to 20, which helped a bit, but is there any way to do a sort of "median filter" on the frames to cut down on film noise?
I have a very slow moving subject, so a bit of motion blur is a completely acceptable tradeoff.
