Question / Help Glitchy video feedback on stream

Hi guys, I've been streaming for a while and up till recent, my stream quality has been good and consistent. Now re-watching some of my past broadcast I've been noticing some weird video feedback. I've noticed it while it was live and asked my viewers if they are experiencing it , but theydon't seem to have the same issue...

Do you get the issue regardless of the twitch quality setting? Like do you get it on source quality, or low/medium/high, or all?

-use OBS 64bit
-don't stream to twitch in 1080p use 720p
-upload a new log with a stream in it so I can see your full settings and problems while streaming (stream for a few minutes then stop then upload current log)
