Hey, OBS seems to be having a problem when it comes to recording my capture cards. In the past, I usually had problems with OBS just showing a black screen/nothing for the capture card video despite it showing up in the properties just fine. I think I figured that out as OBS conflicting with the TV, which turns off and back on when opening or closing OBS while the console is running, as I rarely get that issue anymore. Figured it might be useful background info since XSplit doesn't have this problem either.
But as for the problem now at hand, the capture shows up semi-consistently now (sometimes I get "Wait A Moment..." forever)...but it looks like it does in the video above. In the past, this would sometimes happen if I got the capture card to even show up instead of a black screen, but now that I have the method of "Open OBS, THEN start the console," it happens every time the game shows up. In the past I would just fiddle around with restarting OBS and unplugging/replugging things until it worked, but this seems to be a constant thing after trying for an hour and 30 minutes and getting the same thing (with a few infinite "Wait A Moment"s). I boot up XSplit and it has had no problems like these over, so I have to assume it's on OBS's side and not the capture cards'. Any ideas on how to fix this?
