Question / Help Glitchy Stream

Good evening,

I'm still very new to OBS. For the last few streams, I've been having glitchy streams. I was wondering if it's a rendering or encoding issue. Below is my log.

I have a 2014 MacBook Pro
2.5 Ghz Intel i7
16 GB RAM,
NVIDIA GeForce GT 750M 2048 MB
Intel Iris Pro 1536 MB
