Question / Help Glitchy Audio Output

Nowhere near as bad as some of the other audio issues I've been seeing around the forum, but I'm getting some glitchy audio from the twitch stream. Hard to tell since I'm doing audio production!

Example here...listen for clicks and pops every 1-2 seconds.

I don't know whether it's OBS itself or something to do with the audio settings. Either way, thought I might post it if anyone had any ideas.

Same result from this morning's stream...you can clearly hear the clicks and pops in the beginning of the video:
