Glitching/Stuttering/Robot Audio Output Problem

Hello, I've used OBS for quite a long time now and quite familiar with the settings and roundabout works, but just recently I encountered a problem I've never had before.
Every time I'm trying to record/stream a video the output file went just fine except for the audio.
It has this random weird high pitched glitch/clicking noises, and several stuttering. It happens with not just the mic but literally every audio i put in my OBS.
Sample vid: https://youtu.be/gAxN8SdhaZg
It's the most recent one I did after hundreds of attempts to no avail.

I've tried every solution I could think of for days (and other solutions online) including deleting all the scenes/sources and only leaving the audio, setting here and there and even all the way to reinstalling my drivers and even my OS.
It's really frustating at this point since I need to use this for streaming ASAP.

Just a few days ago everything went just fine before this happened all of a sudden.
Would like to know what is the problem/solution for this, very much thanks in advance.

here is the log:

Sorry for the messy thread, really new to this forum since I never had to make a thread to solve my problems before.

I don't think this is causing your audio issues but....
Turn this Off & try again:

It appears your audio devices aren't loading correctly, bad drivers, windows settings, Game DVR?

I looked at my logs & a few others on the board, I don't see this happening after a recording is started. This was your first recording. On your second & third recordings this didn't occur.

It seems like the main problem is my audio device isn't loading properly? What do I need to do to fix that?
Also Is it possible for OBS to use different API? Since i figured it maybe something's wrong with it.
