Question / Help Glitching Issues in OS Sierra 10.12.6

Hello,
Every time I try to use OBS to screen record my FL Studio music software, it starts glitch and spaz as if there isn't enough memory on my computer. I have a 2.5 GHZ i7 Intel Core Mac with 16 GB of DDR3 RAM. This should be more than enough to handle this. Im wondering is it a setting I need to change to make this work fluidly? Your assistance would be much appreciated.

Hey Mitch,

I'm getting the same issues with the black glitching periodically showing up when streaming live. I'm in Studio One and it will capture the audio fine and I even managed to get the lag / latency to reduce but I'm still experiencing the black glitching.

I searched on YouTube but most of the work arounds are for PC.
