Glitch/Screen tear

Hi,

I recently started livestreaming some training videos for a client & everything is pretty smooth besides a few glitches once in a while.
The client didnt mention it as a problem, but it kinda annoys me.

I'm pretty new to the whole livestream thing, but i tried to resolve the glitches without luck.

I'm using an sony a7iii to Blackmagic ATEM MINI with OBS and i stream to facebook
I'm using wifi with an extender at the client, but everything else run pretty smooth

Sometimes the glitches/screen tear are green? they sometimes appear every 10min and other times more frequent

My own wifi is 200/200 and the client has like 100/100
I have the glitches at home and other places

Video that shows a white glitch:

I attached the log file

Hopefully someone can help. thanks

I'm having the same issue. I can only tell you that when I increase the bitrate it gets worse. Let's hope someone has a solution.

Using wi-fi isn't causing the tearing but you should be connected via ethernet.....

Fix this Scene, remove Window Capture 2 & 3 along with the Display capture & create a separate Scene for each of them, then try again
13:02:25.929: - scene 'Scene':
13:02:25.929: - source: 'Window Capture 2' (window_capture)
13:02:25.929: - source: 'Window Capture' (window_capture)
13:02:25.929: - source: 'Window Capture 3' (window_capture)
13:02:25.929: - source: 'Display Capture' (monitor_capture)

I definetly think ethernet would be better, but my client didn't give me the option.
They didn't want a cable running all the way through

However i'm surprised we never had any latency or anything else

If you change your common FPS to 30 be sure to change your Blackmagic device FPS to 30 to match.

Omg. I can't believe that i didn't think of that.
I only focused on my camera framerate and OBS framerate.

I just changed black magic atem mini's FPS to 50. Before it was on 25

So far i've been testing for 40min and i havnt noticed any glitches

I'll test it for a bit longer but I think you just solved my problem!
