Question / Help GIF Jockey - Black Screen With Cursor

Hello. I am currently using Giphy GJ, in other words, GIF Jockey for Windows 10. Every time I capture the window with Window Capture, but as of now, it gives me a black screen with a cursor.

Windows store apps can't be window or game captured at this time.

It's not a Windows Store App, as it was from Giphy's website, as a Download.

Is it also worth noting that I'm using a Nvidia Grahpics card? My computer also has an Intel card, aswell, so I don't know what card I should be on.
