Ghost sources?

I'm currently unable to change scene collections due to sources being unable to properly deactivate. Upon further inspection, I have found that the sources causing the issue do not exist in any scene, and if added then removed, still exist. Any help?

I don't know if it's same for the Linux version, but in the Windows version of OBS, the current scene is saved in the global.ini file. The easy way to access that file is to go to Help, Log Files, Show Log Files and then back one directory to the obs-studio directory.
