Question / Help Getting Rid Of Plugins and Output Recording Settings

I installed OBS VirtualCam a while back for whatever and I'm trying to get rid of it now because it says that a "Video Output is Currently Active". I've also had a problem with my recording settings. My settings for my recording stuff isn't able to be edited so I'm stuck with FLV format for the video and everything else. If there's anyway you can help, I'd really appreciate it

Use the Tools menu to stop OBS-VirtualCam's output, which will then let you modify your settings.
