Don't see any problems in that log. Little or no rendering lag, encoding lag, or frame drops.

You're streaming 720p30 using NVENC on a 1050 with a bitrate of 4500. But your capture device is only 30fps, so you'd probably be better off streaming at 720p30.

4500 is a decent bitrate for that, but go as high as 6000 if your connection can handle it.

Turn that feature off for high motion content. It improves quality in low motion content but does not help content with high motion.

Streaming on wireless is not recommended.

Additionally, the software that comes with Killer NICs can be problematic. If you haven't already you should remove their software and install only their driver.

Ok, I'll go ahead and disable that feature and as for the wireless connection I havent had any issues with it , no disconnections or delays ,would you happend to know how to get my capture card to capture 60fps on OBS, on the el gato stream software it shows 59.7 fps and I've always thought it was capturing at least 60 fps . And I guess the propture term for blocky was grainy ...my recordings were looking grainy as well , as for capturing 720 at 30 fps would it have issues with battle royale type games and rocket league ? I appreciate your help and will be trying all this out as soon as I'm home .

Your El Gato config is in the logfile several times:

The framerate in there is always 29.97.

You can change the properties for the video capture device and set it to any resolution and framerate its driver supports. Just right-click it in your scene and choose Properties from the dropdown.

You can start over if you want by making a new Profile in the Profile menu, and then running the Auto-Configuration Wizard from the Tools menu. It will ask you a few questions about your intended use of OBS and suggest a baseline set of settings you can start with.
