(Please forgive me if I'm not posting appropriately. Over the weekend I replied to a existing thread on this topic because I didn't know if I should start a new thread or add to that one. I didn't get a response, so I'm guessing I should have started a new discussion, so I'm doing that now. )
When trying to use OBS for facebook live I'm getting an error saying '"TOO LOW VIDEO FRAME RATE ".
I've used obs for fb live before on this same computer, its a thinkpad less than 3 years old, windows 8. And normally my computer is fine, but I've noticed it does run slow when I have obs open.

The only weird thing that happened is right before I was getting ready to try and stream, my c key got stuck. I shut down and cleaned it off (I think a dog hair got caught in it) and re started my computer and the key is fine now, but I don't know if that could have done anything. Maybe a setting or something was accidentally changed when the c key was going crazy.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
