I was streaming fine one night but now not so much. This one setting is driving me crazy.
My obs studio fps is set to 30, and when I check my recording on twitch, it was actually at 15.
So I tried 60 FPS and uploaded my last log file and sure enough, my output was 30 FPS. Something is causing my output to be chopped in half. I have no idea what to do or what is causing this. I know I can 'fix' this by setting FPS to 60...but it's not making much sense to me.
