Question / Help getting every problem! White noise and repeating sounds!

Why is this happening to me!? This is frustrating me to no end! Ever since I messed around with my sound settings I can't seem to get it back to normal now! I have a Logitech webcam C920, and the Hyper X cloud 2. Both are suppose to be very good quality! Yet I've never had the microphone work for my headset! It always used the webcam. I tried to change it but only made things worse! I tried everything from making sure the drivers were updated and reinstalling the webcam drivers, even the hyper cloud x drivers. I'm getting white noise every time I only select the webcam for the mic aux, then when I select my headset for it I hear an echo! Is there any way to disable the webcam mic without disabling the camera? I might just try and get another webcam that doesn't have a mic if anyone can suggest one?

White noise: make sure you use the same sample rate everywhere: in OBS, in your audio devices, and in your webcams.

Echo with both webcam mic and headset mic active: make OBS ignore the webcam mic by right-clicking the webcam source and set Audio Output mode to Capture audio only. This will make the webcam audio only going into the audio sources in the OBS mixer. Mute this source in the OBS mixer and your webcam mic is mute for everything. If you keep this setting at "Output desktop audio", it additionally outputs the audio to the desktop audio, resulting in an echo if you record the desktop audio as well in your video.
