Getting "error: no frame!" on Log

Hello everyone,

I'm new to the community and appreciate your help. I have 3 questions/issues I'm struggling with.

1) I record in 4k 60fps and so far it has been working fine with the computer I have. But this week, all of a sudden, OBS lagging after I paused my recording. So everything is fine, I pause and when I resume the recording, it starts lagging for some reason. If I stop the recording and start back on, everything looks great and smooth again. Any thoughts on why this could be happening?

2) When trying to solve the issue above, I noticed that on my logs, OBS is constantly giving the error message below. I tried deactivating and disabling sources, but nothing helps and I'm not sure if this is the cause to the issue above.

3) An unrelated question, but I wonder if there is a feature in OBS that would allow me to continue a recording using an existing file (flv). So, I stopped the recording, and then later continue recording on the same file.
