Getting either double audio or delayed audio when streaming Switch to PC

Hey, I'm trying to stream my switch to my PC. Normally when I have all audio monitoring off I have about a second delay between an action and hearing the audio. When I have microphone audio monitoring set to "Monitor and Output" or "(mute output)" I hear the audio with no delay and then again with the delay a second later. How can I fix this? I don't want to hear it on a delay or hear it twice.
