Question / Help Getting dropped frames for unknown reason

Having an issues where I'm dropping frames consistently. Started happening randomly today. I've been streaming for years and I literally cannot figure this one out. Please help. Thanks.

It wont go above 1500 kbps in case anyone is wondering.
