Question / Help Getting Best Stream Quality With my Specs

Intel i5 8600k
16gb Ram corsair vengeance
Upload Speed = 10 - 15 mbps

What would be the best streaming settings for my system ?

I'd say 720@60fps , nvenc encoder 5500 bitrate , quality, 2pass

Thanks for replying ill try those settings and let you know . One other question is obs measurement of kbps accurate, because when I start streaming it shows 2000 - 4000 kbps ?

From my experiences , I use 5500k bitrate , it will go down to 3k but thats generally when There is no or little movement but as you move around etc it will increase sometimes going as high as 5800k. so when you set a bitrate its more of an approximation of what you want your target bitrate to be.
