Question / Help Getting a blank screen on one game and not the other

I have been trying to get OBS up and running so that I can stream on Twitch and I can't figure out how to remedy this problem. World of Warcraft shows up as streaming no problem but Everquest only shows a blank screen. I've tried to make a few changes in the settings but nothing seems to get me past this. Attached are the screenshots. Any suggestions on how to get Everquest to stream with OBS?

have you tried using screen record/capture as source?

This is what I see. The game is on the left and OBS on the right and it doesn't show in the preview. These are the only settings that I see. (attached)

Hi,
please try using another source - there must be a source like "Display Capture".

EverQuest is a DX9 game, I think you may have to use Display capture.
