Question / Help Get started guide on editing/mixing OBS recordings?

Hi, I'm looking at ways to 'post-production' edit (cut/label/caption/TOC/etc) and mix (fade/insert/merge/overlay) content into recordings previously made with OBS. I've been looking in the help and in the forum but couldn't find anything on that topic - I may have missed it. Is this something that OBS can do, if so where is a good place to start, eg a Get Started post or help file? if not, what tool/tools do you recommend for the job?
