get OBS to read from S-Video and not composite

How do I get OBS to read from the S-Video connection and not the composite cable?

When I use the composite cable for video the video feed comes through. When I switch it to the S-Video cable and remove the composite cable there is no video.

how do I make OBS read from the S-Video cable?
