get-graphics-offsets64.exe has crahed upon launch of OBS Studio 18.0.1 64Bit

I upgraded form Windows 10 1604 czech to Windows 10 1704 czech and from that time my OBS Studio doesent work
upon launch get-graphics-offsets64.exe crashes and after that I can't get anything to capture in my OBS I just get black windows.

I was googling all of this but I found nothing please help me.

Is this error appears each time you running OBS Studio?

Make sure you have the VS2013 redists installed for both 32bit and 64bit: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=40784
