Before explaining anything, I must say that recording doesn't have any significant impact on my game performance. Disabling the preview doesn't have ANY IMPACT, and when the OBS window is minimized, and have my preview popped out of the application, there are no issues.
Whenever I have my OBS window not minimized, I notice some very weird stutters and like if the program I'm using at the time has it's FPS partially choked.
In a game that I normally can run at 165fps (with VSync enabled) or above 165fps, even while recording or even streaming. The moment I have the OBS window open or fullscreened, that's when the issue happens. It's almost as if even though my PC would have enough power to supply both, the resource allocation seems to hick up somewhere.
I will provide logs if needed.
