Games start to lag as soon as I open OBS

So I did a fresh install of Windows 11 Pro a week ago for fun and now I am having issues with OBS. As soon as I open the program my game (Predator: Hunting Grounds) begins to stutter. My specs are below and my log file is attached. I disabled Hardware GPU scheduler, Gamebar and game mode. I have DDU'd the graphics drivers and did a reinstall (I don't use GeForce Experience so I don't install it). I have disabled every startup process (elgato stuff, AV, iCUE, etc.) and the lag still happens as soon as I open OBS. Any help would be appreciated,

You're using SE.live plugin. Please contact them for support.
Alternatively, uninstall it. Then uninstall and reinstall OBS in order to fix the changes made by this plugin. Now please do a test stream/recording of more than 30 seconds and post the log file here.

I have used OBS portable, Streamlabs, and SE.live separately and did complete uninstalls before using the other programs. Even OBS portable has the issue. I don't have to record or stream for the issue to present itself, I just have to launch the program. I will do as you requested and repost.

New log as request. I have noticed that if I delete my game capture source the issue goes away.

This can be closed. I disabled resizable bar and all my issues went away. Lesson learned!
