Question / Help Games run smooth on my end, but on twitch it looks bad

Ive ran OBS for over 2 years, games was nice and smooth and recently seems like the only game i can play and stream is DTS ( Don't Starve Together)
the main games i play are Over Watch, World of Tanks, and For Honor
i posted the files, i got more logs if needed.
PLEASE HELP, the game seems to run fine on my end, but on twitch is looks choppy, as soon as i alt tab the games seem to run perfectly
i don't know what changed, my hardware still the same, no upgrades or nothing,

The log is not showing a full recording or streaming attempt.
Also it might cause issues to have monitor_capture, window_caputre and game_capture sources all active in a scene (and your Win10 seems to be outdated, it even says "game mode: on").
