Hey everyone,
I have no clue what's going on. Whenever my OBS (64bit) is open, my entire system is slower to react to everything and the game I'm trying to play becomes choppy. It has very low frames, and it looks as though the maximum frame rate is locked at 15-20 FPS. It happens everywhere. Within the game I'm recording, though, the game registers as reading a much higher frame rate than what is being previewed, recorded or showed to me on screen. Take Minecraft for example. I get around one to two thousand FPS even while recording, yet the recording looks terrible. It even happens when just recording chrome with monitor capture.
Any help? Thanks! You can view my specs in the log file that is hopefully posted below. I have a pretty beefy computer and never had this problem until a while ago, and have failed to find the culprit that caused the issue.
