Question / Help Games (LOL and CSGO) drop frames in game, when OBS is open

Games (LOL and CSGO) drop frames in game, when OBS is open only these games and all that has to happen is obs be open, i can usually stream any other game fine like R6 or BFV, but league and csgo i lose frames in game not dropping frames on the stream apart from losing frames in game like from 120 down to 60FPS

Are you using a 120/144hz main monitor and a 60hz side monitor for OBS?

Have you tried moving OBS to your main monitor, or disabling the scene preview?

Lower your OBS proces priority so the pc focusses more on the game instead of OBS here is how you can change it :
