Hey! So I've been having a strange issue with OBS Studio where my frame rate, across all games, halves whenever OBS Studio is on. This used to happen when I would stream on OBS Classic, so I thought updating to Studio would solve the issue.
Now, this isn't an issue of frame rate dipping slightly due to the obvious performance cost of streaming. This is "FPS divided by 2," regardless of the game.
I mainly play Overwatch, and the home menu usually runs at ~200, training room ~170. and in game ~100-130. However, with OBS, the framerates drop almost exactly by half (100 home menu, 80-90 training room, 50-70 in game). I then decide to stream something less intensive like Dishonored, but as it turns out, the game is locked at 60. And wouldn't you know it, OBS drops it to 30! Even something as simple as Stardew Valley would drop to 30, which has me thinking that it isn't anything to do with my specs. Please help!
AMD FX-8350 Eight Core (OC'd to 4.3GHz, stable at full load)

8GB RAM DDR3
Windows 10 Home 64 bit
