What settings should I have in OBS to make everything run fine? Im aware I need a new pc but just until I manage to get one as its really annoying when I'm trying to stream.
Thank you

I don't need a log to tell you what the problem is. You're on a dual core cpu. you don't have the overhead to play games and stream. you might be able to get away with using the quicksync encoder but thats a big maybe. You could try a lower resolution, below 720, but its doubtful. even if you were just streaming from it, it would struggle.

SO theres nothing else I can do? It works okay-ish on Sims but still freezes and crashes my stream and ends up having to reconnect from time to time. Its so annoying

No, there's nothing you can do outside of getting a modern pc with a half decent gpu/cpu
