Question / Help Games are lagging while streaming.

Hello guys.

First time on this forum, I hope this is the right place where I need to share my problem.

So I tried to stream Fortnite on Twitch and I have around 170-200 FPS, but the game feels laggy when I start my stream. It feels like playingwiith 30-40 fps,

This is my PC.
AMD Ryzen 7 2700x
ASUS GeForce GTX 1070 Ti Strix
16GB Corsair Vengeance RGB
AX370 Gaming K3

My Internet is good, I have 150mb download and 15mb upload.
