Games are lagging while I stream but the stream is not

Literally everything on stream is fine everyone says there isn't an issue on streams side no tearing or skipping. But for me on my monitor and while I'm gaming its dropping one or 2 frames freezing. Even my whole PC will skip while Im trying to move my mouse and windows around. I lowered all my gaming settings to low and capped the frames to 30 to try to make it easier on my PC and I have no idea what to do

If you upgraded to OBS28 without uninstalling SE.live, please uninstall se.live, then uninstall OBS and reinstall OBS in order to fix changes made by se.live. You also should remove the remaining se.live files from the %appdata%\obs-studio folder.
