Gameplay recording comes out choppy

I want to record my gameplay but I can't seem to get it set up properly. The game itself runs fine when recording but the video comes out choppy. I have no idea what I'm doing with this software. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Of course. You're using HEVC to record at 2500kbps CBR.

Once you finish correcting the issues mentioned by the analyzer, please run the Auto-configuration Wizard and apply the setting it gives. Now restart OBS. It is important to restart OBS. Do not change anything. Test.
