Question / Help Gameplay looks choppy Ryzen 5 3600 with RTX 2070 Super

I just built this PC and wanted to test out how it runs with OBS and looked at my footage and noticed it looked choppy, is there anyway i can make it look good? here are my settings

Encoder: Nvenc (New)
Rate Control: CBR
Bitrate: 60000 Kbps
Keyframe: 2
Preset: Max Quality
Profile: High
(I clicked on Look-ahead and Psycho Visual Tuning but I'm not sure if I should leave those on but let me know if I need to change those)
GPU:0
Max B-Frames: 2

Plug your monitors into the same GPU and make sure you don't have stuff running on the 120 Hz monitor while you're gaming as Windows can't handle mixed refresh rates properly.

I have two gpu's my expensive one and my cheap one, should i just not plug anything on my cheap one because one of my monitors doesnt use display it uses dvi and my expensive gpu doesnt have a dvi port

Yeah, until you have the right cable it might be better to leave it unplugged, mixing GPUs can cause a lot of weird issues.

yea i switched that and it still looks choppy
