I used to be able to select, move, and resize the gamepad on screen controller. Except today that randomly all stopped working. Is there a setting I need to change? Thanks!

Game Capture Literally Randomly just stopped working
This could not have come at a worst time. I have a tight deadline for an important project and this randomly stopped working. The ONLY change I made was changing which folder the videos are saved to. But it was working yesterday fine after changing that. I changed that back today and same thing...
