Question / Help Game works fine but stream is choppy.

Overwatch runs fine (120-150fps) but my stream looks like i'm playing on 20fps. I dont think that my internet is causing that because i have great ping all the time.

My specs:
CPU: i5-4690k
GPU: GTX 970
8GB RAM
Win 10
Network: 50 Down, 10 Up

Your CPU is not strong enough for the game plus streaming plus recording with different settings.

You can either stream or record, not both at the same time, except you set your recording settings to "Same as stream".

Was I recording as well? I dont remeber turning on recording and i was not streaming and recording, just recording.

I have 144hz monitor, so no point in v-sync :( i will try hardware encoding.

If your GPU can't push 144 FPS reliably without maxing out then you should cap the frame rate lower than the monitor's refresh rate.
