Hello. I recently starting using OBS Multiplatform but for one reason or another it cannot/will not work for Starcraft 2: Legacy of the Void Beta. All my other games work perfectly fine including the normal SC2 but the Legacy of the Vod beta just shows a black screen and the in game cursor when I open the game. Anyone have any idea why this is happening and how to fix it?
Here is my log:

Also, unrelated. Can someone point me to a tutorial or tell me how to seperate sounds on to different tracks. For instance, having my game sounds on one track, music on another, voice on third..etc...and being able to control the volume of all three individually through OBS. And also to make it so the stream cant hear certain things that I can hear.
Thanks soo much in advance for any help you can provide!

Game Capture-ing fullscreen games often doesn't work. This isn't OBS's fault though, it's just that fullscreen in Windows is more of a bug that a feature. If possible you should record your game in windowed mode using window capture.

Its wierd tho cuz my other games are in fullscreen mode and OBS doesnt have an issue with them, only this one game...but ill try to do windows mode and see if that works

It does work in windows mode, thank you very much for your help! This was driving me nuts for awhile

To answer your question as so why this only happens with some games: It's the same as how some games often crash when you Alt+Tab, while others don't care at all. It's windows's fulscreen feature being very unrealiable. This is the reason why most newer programs use windowed fullscreen rather than true fullscreen (that means using a window that is the same size as the screen and hiding the bar at the top of the window).
