Bug Report Game Switch Glitch?

Since the past 2 obs updates, I'll be streaming just fine, I have it set to game capture, capture fullscreen application, and say i want to switch to another game, it'll be a black screen like normal because no game is on, but as soon as i start a new game right before it switches to that game, it will flash a window i had open hours prior, like for instance my paypal page i was looking at, that has alot of info i'd rather not share, will flash up on the source right before it switches to my game, which is really weird because one, i didn't have any instances of chrome open for it to attach itself to, and also the one that it did attach itself to, hadn't been open for HOURS. problem didn't happen until the last 2 obs patches :\
