Question / Help Game stutters when streaming

Ive just started streaming and I am using obs streamlabs and could anyone help me as i want my game to feel smooth

My Specs:
GTX 970 4GB
AMD FX-8350
16gb DDR3 Ram

Does anyone know what settings I should use or what I can do to make it feel smooth
