Question / Help Game stuttering while capturing borderless window. in dota2

I have a problem with dota 2 borderless window capture.
When i stream dota in borderless window i get ~130 fps and it feels like 15. It looks fine on stream but i get ridiculous stutter on my side. The fps meter seems stable and neither cpu or gpu are loaded to 100%.
The only solution i've found is to go fullscreen. It fixes the problem but i can't alttab without the game freezing on stream.
Specs:
i5-4690k 4.3ghzOC
r9 280x
8gb ddr3 ram
600w psu

Why are you using window capture instead of game capture?

If game capture isn't working for dota2, try changing the renderer of it to something that isn't vulkan.

I've phrased it wrong, my bad.I've tried both window and game capture, there seems to be no difference whatsoever. Same stutter while borderless, same freeze when fullscreen alttab.
