Question / Help Game stutter when using facecam

When I'm trying to add my webcam to the OBS scene, the game starts randomly stutter. When I turn my facecam off, it stops. This isn't a huge problem while streaming games like Arma and DayZ, but when you need as many frames as possible (CS:GO), it becomes extremely noticable!

Specs and shit:

CPU: Intel Core i7-4770 3,9Ghz
GPU: ASUS GTX670 DirectCU II 2GB DDR5
Mobo: Standard ASUS
PSU: Corsair CX600W
RAM: 16GB DDR3 1600Mhz
HDD: 2TB Segate 7200RPM
SSD: 128GB Adata 500/500 mb/s
Case: Fractal Design Define S Window

Other Equipment:

Primary Screen: BENQ XL2411Z 24" 1080p 144Hz
Secondary Screen: ACER G245HQ 24" 1080p 60Hz
Thirdary Screen: BENQ GL2450 24" 1080p 60Hz
Keyboard: Logitech G510
Mice: Razer Taipan
Headset: Qpad QH-90/Razer Hammerhead Pro
Microphone: MXL990
Interface: Focusrite Scarlett Solo
Webcam: Logitech C920

Does it have anything to do with the resolution on my webcam or something like that? My friend has a different camera, nad he had no problems while streaming. The CPU he used was Intel Core i7-3770.

This problem also occurs with the normal OBS.

Go to the webcams properties (right click the source > Properties) and try setting a custom resolution for the webcam of 720P or lower.
